Albino Limketkai

Albino is the current Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Limketkai Sons, Inc. (LKKS), the parent company of the Limketkai Group of Companies. Limketkai is one of the largest Philippine conglomerates with businesses across several industries such as manufacturing, retail shopping mall, resort and hotel, and food chains. Albino was instrumental in bringing both domestic and international franchise businesses to Cagayan de Oro and expanding Limketkai Sons to a multi-million dollar company. His interests also spans to the US and China markets, where he currently sit as a Board of Director in Bien Padre Foods, Inc, a food based manufacturing plant in California, and Shanghai Kailink Foods Co, a manufacturing company engaged in the cooking oil industry.

Kilin To

Kilin is the Chairman of Sycamore Ventures, a venture capital firm with more than US$600 million under management. He has served on the Boards of Directors of both public and private corporations in the USA and Asia. Kilin has invested or worked with numerous accomplished entrepreneurs, including founders of Celadon, Channel 18 of LA, Acer, Asustek and Home Inns, just to name a few. Citigroup, GIC of Singapore and Middle East pension funds are major limited partners of Sycamore. Until the formation of Sycamore in 1995, he was a Vice President of Citicorp Venture Capital and from 1989 to 1995, served as President of Citicorp Investments, Inc. He worked 16 years at Philips, RCA, AT&T and DEC in research and development, manufacturing and marketing. Kilin received a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Kent Limketkai

Kent brings a wealth of expertise in accounting having owned, worked, and managed various types of business organizations, ranging from small, mid-sized company to a billion dollar corporation. Since co-founding BFG in 2008, Kent has been instrumental in growing the company to its present size. His profound experience enables a client engagement plan to be cost effective and the outsourcing experience to their satisfaction. Previously, Kent was a senior revenue accountant at Keane, Inc. (a business unit of NTT Data) where he oversaw nearly a billion dollars in revenue across 25 profit centers; in addition to being the lead intercompany accountant for all its offshore cost centers in UK, India, and Canada. Kent began his career at Cohen, Greenstein & Company, CPAs, where he obtained his vast knowledge of accounting processes for mid-sized companies. Kent is both a Bentley University and Boston College alumni, having attained a BS in Accountancy and MBA degrees respectively.

John Sy

John is a happy father of 2, wishing it were 5 the soonest. He makes a living as a serial entrepreneur with start-up experience as a founder and/or seed investor in ventures spanning several industries including export-manufacturing, pharmaceutical, health-wellness, import-export, distribution, logistics, wholesale-retail sales, services, and technology. He operates out of Manila and travels frequently around the ASEAN countries to keep up with his businesses. As a passion, John is a not-so accidental film producer, supporting the independent film scene in the Philippines and the USA. John graduated from the University of Santo Tomas and holds a degree in B.S. Economics.

Rex Young

Rex has over fifteen years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, technology and corporate strategy. He is a Partner at Calibration Partners, a Hong Kong-based firm with businesses focusing on corporate advisory, private equity, compliance outsourcing and real estate asset management. Rex previously worked at Barclays, Jefferies, Siemens Venture Capital, Usaha Tegas, IBM and the Ayala Group. Rex has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, USA

Ailaine Labitad

Since coming on board as a staff accountant in 2011, Ailaine quickly prove both her accounting and management skills to become the lead client account manager. On the side, her role expands to being the office manager of our offshore facility ensuring the well-being of the staff, training, and mentoring the ever expanding team. Prior to joining BFG, Ailaine worked as an External Auditor for 3 years at BDO Alba Romeo & Company, CPAs, a member firm of BDO International Limited. Through this experience, she gain valuable accounting knowledge handling different client size across various industries. Ailaine graduated Magna Cum Laude at Liceo de Cagayan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
